Maitre d´Hotel (m/f/g)- Ocean Cruise Line

We are looking for a engaged Maitre d'Hotel (m/f/g) for a Ocean Cruise Line with great routes worldwide.

Your responsibilities including (but not limited to):

• Responsible for the smooth running of the respective restaurant
• Control and assurance, as well as implementation of the given recipes and standards in the restaurant
• Planning, execution, control and evaluation of inventories
• Control and compliance with the internal on-board rules in the area of responsibility
• Control and enforcement of quality standards in the area of responsibility
• Supervision, assignment, instruction and training of subordinates with corresponding documentation

Your Requirements:

• Completet Education in Hotel or Restaurant
• Several years of experience as Maitre D’ or restaurant manager, if possible on board a cruise ship
• Very good computer skills (MS Office, FIDELIO, Fidelio Cruise, Micros)
• Business fluent German and English (spoken + written)
• leadership qualities, assertiveness, flexibility and organisational talent
• Ability to motivate employees
• A trusted person of integrity
