Hotel Manager with German language skills

As the leader of the ship's crew, you are a skilled team leader and able to motivate people to perform at their best, with your own performance always being their positive example. You are passionate about your profession, with excellent customer services, with your focus on the guest, being always your first priority and you must have the ability to convey this philosophy to the team under you.
You have excellent German and English language skills.
You have a friendly and welcoming personality.
Additional language skills would be an advantage.
Excellent computer skills are also a must.
You are good with figures, and have an excellent flair for efficiency and organisation.
On board our premium vessels, you must be constantly aware of quality standards and be able to make the difference, by exceeding pax expectations regarding service, gastronomy, fine dining, hotel operation, cleanliness on board etc.

The Hotel Manager is responsible for the planning, organisation and co-ordination of the work of the various Departments (Galley, Dining room, Bar, Housekeeping, Front Office) so as to achieve a smooth running operation of the cruise ship whilst maintaining at all times the high quality standards of services & facilities, as set by the Company.

The Hotel Manager is also in charge for onboard ordering, purchasing and storage of supplies and general provisions, revenue and cost control and all onboard passenger related matters.
