As a Receptionist you will be the face of Cunard working within our front of house team onboard a luxury Cunard ship. Being our guests first point of call for any questions while they are onboard, you will have the opportunity to create a welcoming and lasting impression.

To join Cunard in this fantastic role you must have the following:

• Ability to speak and write in fluent English and German
• Cruise Ship or 5 star hotel experience in a customer facing role
• Customer Service Experience
• Ability to juggle many responsibilities and exceed guest expectations
