Destination Manager (Shore Excursion Manager)

We are looking for a Destination Manager / Shore Excursion Manager to join Windstar Cruises!

The Destination Manager (Shore Excursion Manager) is responsible for the overall Shore Excursion program on board.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver the shore excursions on board for individual guests and groups.
• Deliver a destination talk on each port of call including port information and shore excursions.
• Drive Shore excursions revenue to achieve and exceed projected sales and onboard margin.
• Host social events on board vessel and participate in social functions as outlined in the Shore Excursions Procedures Manual
• Achieve or exceed guest quality standards and ratings for overall shore excursions experience, shore excursion content and guides and shore excursion transportation
• Does quality checks each voyage on excursions offered, including equipment, guides and content of the excursion
• Regularly scout ports of call for new information and tour ideas.

Requirements:

STCW 4 Part Basic Training
Experienced public speaker
Strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, sound judgement and operational organization.

4 /2 rotation

Salary paid per month worked + Incentive Scheme
