We are looking for EUROPEAN SHOP SELLER (ITALIAN SPEAKER)

Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals through proactive guest interaction and product knowledge.
Maintain, clean, and organize boutique displays according to company visual merchandising standards.
Participate in inventory counts, receive stock, and replenish merchandise.
Transactions: Accurately operate cash registers for sales, returns, and currency exchanges.
Guest Engagement: Offer personalized recommendations, inform guests about promotions, and handle inquiries professionall

Experience: Previous retail experience is required, particularly in boutique, watches, or jewelry settings.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
Languages: Requires fluency in English, with additional languages (ITALIAN) preferred.
Ability to work long hours, including sea days and evenings.
