We are looking for an Shore Concierge Manager to join Silversea Cruises, one of the World's Best Small Luxury Cruise Lines
As SCM, you will work in a small team to ensure all guests have memorable tours, where tailor-made options are part of the norm.
As well as ensuring the highest standards of guest care at sea, you will also train and develop others, ensure tours are dispatched correctly, assist with the departmental administration including ticketing and overall responsibility for the department.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have previous experience working on the coasts of Australia, New Zealand and a variety of Asian ports.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, Fidelio and MXP is also highly desirable.
