Requirements:

Previous ship experience on similar role

Fluency in French (speaking, reading, and writing)

Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategies and plans

Strong customer service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction
