The Shore Excursion Manager is ultimately responsible for the Tour Department, ensuring the smooth running of logistics in that department, promoting Land Tour Options, meeting Sales Targets for the Helicopter and Submarine Programs, providing bespoke Tour Options and enhancing the Guest experience.  The role requires the ability to generate sales, providing high level of customer service, experience in assisting with guest issues and in managing logistics.

The rotation is 4 months onboard, 2 months off. The start date is immediate. 

Important requirements -  must have 4-part basic STCW, C1D Visa, Schengen Visa (if applicable), Passport and Seamans Book (either Bahamas or own nationality) - all of these documents must be in date. A medical, various vaccinations including Covid-19 with booster are also a requirement.
