Your responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining passenger cabins
• Cleaning and maintaining housekeeping pantries, cleaning lockers and linen lockers in accordance with applicable hygiene standards
• Cleaning the public areas according to the roster and instructions given by the senior cabin steward
• Servicing and maintaining the work materials provided, e.g. vacuum cleaners and work trolleys
• Correct handling of cleaning agents and chemicals
• Contact person for guest queries and requests
• Assistance with handing over and accepting returned washing and dry-cleaning on land
• Assisting the senior cabin steward with uniform matters
• Assistance in other hotel areas

Your profile

• Successful completion of vocational training in the hotel industry
• At least one year of professional experience in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge of German and English
