Incident Manager (m/f/d)

Your chartered goal

• Responsible for capturing and prioritizing IT incident reports in a timely manner 
• Creation of detailed reports on incidents, postmortem analysis, trend analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement in the incident management process as well as their documentation for future references 
• Coordination of incident teams to ensure that resources are utilized efficiently and that incidents are resolved in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements 
• Initiate continuous improvement projects to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services based on performance metrics and customer feedback 
• Communication and information management as well as monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources 

Your previous ports of call

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field 
• Experience in process driven incident solution 
• Experienced in the coordination of cross-location teams 
• Professional Proficiency in English and High Proficiency in German as well as confident handling of workplace technologies 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resilience and the ability to communicate technical concepts to different stakeholders
