Currently searching for Head Sommelier to be onboard Silversea Cruises a 6* Luxury Cruise Line!

As an Head Sommelier you will be responsible in organisation and supervision of all aspects of beverage service in the outlets onboard. Promoting and sell additional products.

Provide guests with courteous and professional wine service; Responsible for the onboard wine selection; Organizes wine tastings for guests; Monitors and controls beverage costs; Inventory control;

Candidate must have Standard European beverage background; At least 3 years Sommelier experience in 5 start establishment; Excellent wine and bar knowledge. Ships experience preferred. Minimum WSET Qualification. Deep knowledge in Word, Excel, Micros, Fidelio. MXP highly advantageous

Candidate must also be Fluent English, basic French pronunciation. Additional European languages preferred.
