We are looking for a Barkeeper to join a 4-star German cruise brand

Applicants must have a good standard of the German language and previous cruise ship experience in a similar role is essential.

Qualification / Job experience

  • Qualified training or Education in hotel or Bar/Restaurant Business
  • At least 1 year of job experience as Barkeeper, if possible, on board a cruise vessel.
  • Cost awareness and the ability to save company resources efficiently
  • Strong budget thinking: ability to analyse and implement operational objectives. *  Very good knowledge of products and F&B operations.
  • Very good product knowledge of the bar beverages including the associated calculations
  • Experience in complaint management. Very good IT knowledge, especially in MS office, Crunch Time, MMS warehouse system, Rescom, crunch time, MXP, time & attendance, Riskonnect. 


Contract length:  6 months.

Erforderliche Berufserfahrung

Alle Bewerber müssen bereits Berufserfahrung an Bord eines Kreuzfahrtschiffs oder in einem 4/5* Hotel haben.

Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse

Gute Englischkenntnisse werden voraussgesetzt.
