This is a story-led specialist role for professionals who combine premium product knowledge, guest engagement, and immersive tasting experiences.

As a Luxury Spirits Experience Specialist, you will represent globally recognised spirit houses onboard luxury cruise ships — delivering engaging tastings, educating guests, and transforming interest into meaningful brand connection and sales performance.

The Role

• Host immersive tastings, masterclasses, and curated brand experiences
• Showcase premium and rare spirits with authority, confidence, and expertise
• Drive sales through storytelling, education, and personalised guest interaction
• Support boutique merchandising, promotional activities, and brand visibility
• Partner with onboard retail teams to enhance category performance

You Bring

• Experience in luxury retail, bars, hospitality, or spirit-focused environments
• Strong product knowledge and genuine passion for premium liquor brands
• Confidence presenting, engaging, and influencing international guests
• A polished, service-led mindset with strong emotional intelligence
• Flexibility to live and work onboard during contract assignments
