What You’ll Do Onboard

• Showcase Luxury Timepieces – Represent the finest Swiss and global watch brands with authority and style.
• Deliver Guest Excellence – Educate and inspire guests to find their perfect timepiece through world-class service.
• Create Sales Magic – Exceed targets with storytelling-driven sales techniques and personalized consultations.
• Support Retail Success – Maintain visual standards, brand guidelines, and contribute to the onboard retail team.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in luxury watch retail or high-end jewelry/fashion sales
• Passion for horology and deep product knowledge across leading timepiece brands
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident with high-value clientele
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural cruise environment
• Flexibility to live and work onboard for 6-month contracts (with breaks in between)
