The Cruise Retail Academy is hiring Assistant Retail Managers to support luxury retail operations onboard the world’s most prestigious cruise ships. If you’re passionate about premium brands, leading people, and delivering guest excellence, this is your next adventure.

Your Role

• Partner with the Retail Manager to drive daily operations
• Motivate, coach, and develop a diverse sales team
• Deliver sales results and 5-star guest service
• Uphold luxury brand standards and visual excellence
• Create memorable guest retail experiences worldwide

What You’ll Bring

• Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor experience in retail
• Background in luxury sales and visual merchandising
• Natural leadership, communication, and people skills
• Adaptable, proactive, performance-driven mindset
• Flexibility for 6-month cruise contracts
