What You’ll Do Onboard

• Support Store Leadership – Partner with the Retail Manager to drive daily operations and performance.
• Inspire the Team – Motivate, coach, and elevate sales associates to deliver 5-star guest service.
• Deliver Sales Results – Ensure smooth store execution while hitting team and individual sales targets.
• Represent Luxury Brands – Uphold the highest standards of visual presentation and brand storytelling.
• Create Guest Magic – Contribute to unforgettable retail experiences for guests from all over the world.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager level or strong Supervisor background)
• A solid foundation in luxury sales, guest engagement, and visual merchandising
• Strong people skills – confident communicator, natural motivator, team-first mindset
• Proactive, adaptable, and performance-driven approach
• Availability to work onboard for 6-month contracts (with time off between rotations)
