This is a relationship-led luxury role designed for fine jewelry professionals who combine strong product expertise, storytelling ability, and refined guest service.

As a Luxury Jewelry Experience Specialist, you will represent exclusive fine jewelry collections onboard world-class cruise ships, guiding guests through meaningful purchasing journeys and creating memorable emotional connections with premium brands.

The Role

• Showcase fine jewelry, gemstones, and precious metal collections with confidence and authority
• Deliver personalised consultations using storytelling, product expertise, and clienteling techniques
• Drive sales performance within an elevated, guest-focused luxury retail environment
• Support boutique visual presentation, merchandising, and brand activation initiatives
• Build lasting guest relationships that enhance loyalty and future purchasing potential

You Bring

• Experience in fine jewelry, watches, or high-end luxury retail environments
• Strong knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, craftsmanship, and brand positioning
• Confidence engaging international, high-value clientele in consultative sales settings
• A polished, service-led mindset with strong emotional intelligence
• Flexibility to live and work onboard during fixed-term or rotational contract assignments
