Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Service Agent (GSA) with fluency in both English and German to join our dynamic team onboard. As a GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and onboard services in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Provide information about onboard facilities, activities, and excursions.
• Ensure smooth communication with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and updates.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
