Your Mission at Sea

• Lead with Luxury – Present high-end brands through dynamic presentations and VIP consultations.
• Host Signature Events – Plan and execute onboard seminars, launches, and private events that captivate and convert.
• Be the Brand Ambassador – Represent global luxury labels and bring their stories to life.
• Drive Sales Excellence – Turn connections into conversions with personalized service and strategic selling.
• Inspire Guest Loyalty – Build strong relationships and unforgettable guest moments through elevated service.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in luxury retail, high-end sales, or brand ambassadorship
• Deep product knowledge in fine jewelry, Swiss watches, or fashion
• Public speaking and event hosting confidence — you're comfortable on stage or leading intimate sessions
• A passion for connecting with people and exceeding expectations
• Flexibility to live and work onboard for 6-month contracts (with breaks in between)
