About the job
Responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage and dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
• providing professional food and beverage service in dining room and lounge area
• responsible for the "mise en place" and hygiene of dining room and related areas
• any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager

Skills/Qualifications:
• hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
• minimum 2 years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably on passenger ship or in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotel
• cruise ship experience is a plus
• highly guest orientation
• good knowledge and understanding of bar and restaurant menus
• fluency in English
• eligibility to work in EU

o Gross monthly salary: 1.300 – 1.770 EUR, including base pay and potential additional earning such as bonuses, depending on experience and internal pay structure
