Purser with German language skills - River Cruise Fleet

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German and English (French is a plus)
• Prior experience in reception, hotel administration, or aboard a ship is an advantage
• Flair for organization
• Ability to handle financial transactions and administrative tasks with precision

Responsibilities:

• Relieve the Hotel Manager in all administrative tasks: the accurate billing of passengers, accounting and preparation of relevant reports
• Handle payment transactions efficiently and guest requests in a courteous manner
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, guaranteeing a seamless experience
• Handle IT devices within the front desk area and ensure operational efficiency
