Purser with German language skills - River Cruise Fleet

What We're looking for:

• Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)

• Previous experience in reception, hotel administration, or shipboard operations is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in handling financial and administrative tasks
• A proactive, guest-focused attitude and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Relieve the Hotel Manager in all administrative tasks: the accurate billing of passengers, accounting and preparation of relevant reports
• Handle payment transactions efficiently and guest requests in a courteous manner
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, guaranteeing a seamless experience
• Handle IT devices within the front desk area and ensure operational efficiency
