Receptionist for Cruise Yacht /German speaking/

COTE Job Agency is looking for a Guest Service Agent for a 5* Sailing Yacht.

6 months contracts / 2-3 months vacation.

EUROPEAN & SOUTH AMERICAN CITIZENS ONLY !!! (VISA IS NOT PROVIDED) !

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors on the Yacht, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities:

Receiving Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering guests inquiries
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls from quests
Check in & Check out guest

Qualifications

Relevant work experience as Receptionist - min. 3-4 years
Work experience on Ship/Yacht - min. 1 contract
2 Recommendation (Evaluations)
!!! German & English languages (MANDATORY) !!!
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Yellow Fever Vaccine
STCW certificates (if not - provided by company for free
