What You’ll Do

• Visit Cruise Ships – Step onboard vessels across Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond, often in port for a day or two.
• Deliver Brand Trainings – Facilitate energising sessions with onboard staff, focused on brand stories, product features, and sales tips.
• Report Back – Provide clear and actionable feedback for the brands and training teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Retail experience from cruise ships (preferably in luxury, beauty, liquor, or jewellery)
• Confident presentation skills and a polished, professional presence
• Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising know-how
• Availability to travel periodically (1–4 visits per month, depending on your location)
• A proactive, friendly attitude – you're the face of The Cruise Retail Academy!
