Your chartered goal
- Responsible for navigating and maneuvering the ship and operating the technical equipment
- Liable for ensuring the ship’s safety and for protecting the environment
- Monitoring compliance with company-wide regulations and quality control systems
- In charge of the professional growth of Junior /Cadet Officers involving and supervising their duties on and off the watchkeeping
Your previous ports of call
- Diploma of an accredited maritime training school with sound sea service time, ideally on cruise vessels
- Possession of all necessary certificates in accordance with STCW (STCW II / 2)
- IGF Basic COP is a plus, not a must
- Excellent knowledge of all national and international safety and environmental regulations
- Very good English and German skills as well as proficient computer skills including MS Office 365
- Ability to communicate effectively, service orientation and business management know-how
