Faststream Recruitment is proud to partner with one of the world’s most prestigious cruise lines to recruit an experienced Hotel Director.

This is a rare opportunity for a hospitality leader with cruise or luxury hotel experience to oversee all hotel operations on a world-class, state-of-the-art vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ship’s hotel division: F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and entertainment
• Inspire a large, multicultural team to deliver 5-star service
• Drive revenue through strategic planning and cost control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maritime regulations
• Uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• 5+ years in senior cruise or 5-star hotel leadership
• Experience managing large, diverse teams (300+ staff ideal)
• Strong financial, commercial, and guest service skills
• Fluent in English; STCW or willingness to obtain certification

Package:

• $11,300+ per month (onboard)
• 4 months on / 2 months off rotation
