This is a relationship-led luxury role for art professionals who blend knowledge, storytelling, and commercial confidence.

As a Luxury Art Consultant, you will represent exclusive fine art collections onboard world-class cruise ships, guiding guests through meaningful art journeys while delivering exceptional gallery experiences and sales performance.

The Role

• Build long-term client relationships through personalised art consultations
• Present and sell fine art including originals, limited editions, and sculpture
• Host engaging art seminars, auctions, and live presentations
• Support artist exhibitions and curated onboard gallery events
• Contribute to gallery merchandising strategy and visual presentation standards
• Maintain accurate reporting while upholding brand and compliance requirements

You Bring

• Experience in fine art, luxury retail, jewellery, or consultative sales environments
• Confidence in relationship-led selling, closing high-value transactions, and public speaking
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence with diverse international guests
• Genuine passion for artists, art history, and global art trends
• Resilience, creativity, and a performance-driven mindset
• Flexibility to live and work onboard during contract assignments
