About the Role

We are looking for motivated Tour Experts to join our international team on board cruise ships. This is a unique opportunity to travel the world, work in a multicultural environment, and support guests in creating unforgettable memories.

The role is flexible depending on your profile:

Sales-Oriented Candidates: Strong experience in sales (especially selling services, tours, or excursions). You will focus on selling and promoting shore excursion packages onboard.
German-Speaking Candidates: Fluency in German is essential; sales experience is not required. You will mainly support back-office and operational tasks, while assisting with guest relations and coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell excursion packages (for sales-oriented candidates)
Assist with back-office and operational tasks (for German-speaking candidates)
Prepare tour materials such as tickets, maps, and stickers
Support guests during shore excursions, ensuring safety and satisfaction
Provide translations and assistance during tours if needed
Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during excursions
Requirements

High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Languages, or related field preferred)
(Sales Profile): Proven experience in sales (preferably tours, services, or excursions)
(German Profile): Fluency in German; sales experience not required
Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Availability to live and work onboard for the full contract period
Willingness to complete mandatory STCW safety training (approx. 10 days in your passport country)
Employment Conditions

Working Hours: Full-time, 7 days per week, 8–11 hours per day (shift-based, including weekends)
Contract: Approx. 5 months ± 1 month, fixed-term
Salary: €1,750 gross/month + €518 performance bonus = €2,268 gross/month (incl. benefits)
Accommodation & Meals: Shared double cabin and onboard meals fully provided
Travel: All travel arrangements to and from the ship covered by the company
Insurance: Social insurance in line with maritime labor conventions
