We are currently recruiting on board our ships.

Your chartered goal

• Safe management of an engineering watch (if assigned as watch keeper)
• Organizing preventive maintenance of technical equipment of the assigned sub-department, including necessary repair works in accordance with ERM, supported by the Day Engineer Maintenance and additional resources assigned by the Staff Engineer if required
• Enforcement of the rules of health care, occupational safety and fire protection within the whole engine department and responsible to conduct or delegate relevant training
• Perform maintenance as per requirement of PMS for the assigned sub-department including inventory check of spares and consumables
• Comply with QMS (Quality Management System) and LMS (Learning Management System) requirements.

Your previous ports of call

• Holding a national second engineer certificate of competency (COC III/2 unlimited) per STCW regulations
• You have at least 2 contracts in similar position on board, Cruise vessels would be a plus
• Excellent English language and Communication skills
• Motivated and willing to grow
• You are guest and service oriented and able to be a team player and work, lead and motivate teams
