Senior Waiter needed for Sea Chefs!

Sea Chefs are looking for a Senior Waiter!

All candidates must have fluent spoken + written GERMAN and ENGLISH

Supervision and training of the strict adherence to all agreed regulations (USPH/HACCP, ISM/ISO, SQM, TUIC Service standards), especially regarding security, environment, and 
hygiene regulations in his/her/diverse area of responsibility.
Strict compliance with OPP and COVID19 regulations including trainings and guidance of 
the subordinates. 

Qualification / Job experience
(1) Qualified training in an hotel or restaurant
(2) Minimum 3 Years job experience as Steward, possibly in the wine/beverages section, if possible, onboard a cruise vessel.
(3) Very good knowledge of products and restaurant operations
(4) PH/ HACCP Knowledge
(5) Good command of the German and the English language
(6) Living up to service
(7) Good knowledge of Waiter Order Taking systems (Rescom, MXP)
(8) Good educational background

Minimum age – 20 years old.
