German speaking Sous chef on sea going vessel (f/m)

Qualification / Job experience:

Several years of job experience in a comparable position.
Good knowledge of inventory management
Good knowledge regarding food, ingredients, recipes (modern, international cuisine)
Good knowledge of all cleaning procedures, cleaning agents, chemicals (including storage) and especially of the U.S.P.H. standards.

Personal requirements:

Minimum age 25
English and German spoken
Management skills, authority, flexibility, self discipline
Strong organising ability
Respectful, friendly and professional conduct towards passengers and crew
Team player
Ability to work under pressure
Full STCW and valid medical are needed
