Sea Chefs require a Junior Service Supervisor!

Junior Service Supervisor needed for Sea Chefs!

All candidates must have fluent spoken and written GERMAN and English!

Qualification / Job experience
(1) Job experience as headwaiter, supervisor, if possible, onboard a cruise vessel.
(2) Cost awareness and the ability to save company resources efficiently.
(3) Strong budget thinking: ability to analyse and implement operational objectives.
(4) Very good knowledge of products and F&B operations.
(5) Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
(6) Experience in complaint management.
(7) High service orientation towards passengers and employees.
(8) Very good IT knowledge, especially in MS office, fidelio MMS warehouse system, rescom, crunch time, MXP, time & attendance, Riskonnect.
(9) Very good educational background
