A Marketing and Revenue Manager for Royal Caribbean is an onboard role responsible for maximizing revenue from all shipboard departments, including retail, spa, casino, and photography, by analyzing financial data and implementing sales and marketing strategies. This position requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to work with management and motivate sales teams to meet financial targets.
Key responsibilities
Revenue management: Oversee all shipboard revenue-generating areas such as the casino, spa, retail, photo, art auctions, and onboard cruise sales.
Strategy and analysis: Analyze revenue-generating activities, track performance, and adjust strategies to increase guest spending.
Cross-marketing: Develop and implement cross-marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue.
Leadership: Motivate sales teams across all onboard departments to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the shipboard management team, including the Cruise Director and Hotel Director, to make decisions and identify opportunities for revenue generation.
Reporting: Report findings and recommendations to management regarding performance and necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field.
A minimum of two years of data analysis experience is necessary, preferably in the hospitality or cruise industry.
Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for translating data into actionable strategies and presenting findings to management.
Proficiency in data management and analysis tools like Microsoft Excel is a must.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to changing priorities is also require

Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse werden voraussgesetzt.
