They ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are thoroughly washed, sanitized, and ready for use, providing vital support to chefs and culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial dishwashing and sanitizing machines

Wash, rinse, and sanitize all kitchen items to cruise line standards

Handle and dispose of chemicals and food waste safely

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in galley areas

Assist with heavy lifting and kitchen logistics

Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Requirements

Minimum age: 21 years

Ability to commit to an 8–9 month contract at sea

Physically capable of lifting/carrying heavy loads

Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills

Willingness to work 7 days a week onboard
