Your Role

• Guide guests through fine jewelry and watch collections with expert storytelling
• Build meaningful guest relationships to drive engagement and repeat visits
• Represent luxury brands with confidence, credibility, and white-glove service
• Support in-store merchandising and visual presentation
• Collaborate with your onboard team to exceed daily and voyage-long sales targets
• Deliver accurate reporting and uphold retail and compliance standards

What You’ll Bring

• Proven success in luxury retail sales (jewelry/gemstone/timepiece experience ideal)
• Confidence, charisma, and an authentic guest-first mindset
• Strong communication skills and natural storytelling ability
