Restaurant Attendant

• Participates in rotational service delivery schedule, working in complimentary dining venue and various other food and beverage service venues.
• Ensures efficient and seamless service delivery of all meals to guests in restaurant areas.
• Greets guests appropriately when delivering room service order per standards. 
• Enters food and beverage orders in the point-of-sale system.
• Carries dirty dishes from respective dining rooms to kitchen/galley. Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth. Replaces soiled table linens (when applicable) and sets tables with silverware and glassware.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-years experience working in a Restaurant as a Waiter or Assistant Waiter in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or convention banqueting service.
• Knowledge of principles for providing exemplary customer service including problem resolution and achievement of quality service standards. Sanitation and Environmental knowledge.
• Must enjoy working with the public in a busy, active and sometimes noisy environment. Must be able to word under stress in a fast paced environment.
• Intermediate english level
