We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager (HGM) to join a leading global cruise operation, overseeing hotel operations onboard a premium cruise vessel. This is a senior leadership role suited to an accomplished hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury service delivery, operational excellence, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all hotel operations onboard, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

Manage and develop department heads and teams across accommodation, food & beverage, guest services, and housekeeping

Maintain high standards of service, compliance, and financial performance

Drive guest satisfaction scores and achieve key operational KPIs

Collaborate closely with shipboard leadership to ensure seamless operations

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: dependent on experience and suitability

Bonus: Performance-based bonus, linked to KPI achievement

Rotation: 4 months on / 2 months off, with the potential to transition to 3 months on / 3 months off subject to operational availability

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a senior hotel leadership role within cruise (AHGM OR GM)

Strong commercial acumen and operational leadership skills

Exceptional people management and guest-focused mindset

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environment
