Galley Utility

Work Function & Responsibilities :

- Operates, maintains equipment, china, glassware, and other galley items as well as dishwashing areas
- Responsible in Galley Cleanliness and Sanitation
- Monitoring & maintain onboard sanitation and hygiene standard for impeccable cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness
- Clean all kitchen equipment and machines. Assists with transporting food, provision, china, and other supplies as needed.
Requirements :

- Education: Possess High School / Diploma in Hospitality or related field

- Minimum 1 years experience performing the functions of a similar position in a 5 star hotel, high-profile restaurant, or similar
- Strong capability and consistency to follow company hygiene regulations and food safety program
- Intermediate level English verbal and writing skills
