We are currently recruiting at our company headquarters in Rostock, Hamburg or fully remote in Germany.

Your chartered goal

• Responsibility for defining, owning, and continuously improving the Quality Assurance strategy and execution of a business-critical application in an international environment
• Supervision of internal and external QA teams as well as ensuring high-quality releases; implementation of scalable test automation for multiple development streams
• Collaboration with Product, Development, Architecture, Security and Operations to deliver stable, testable results and ensure that all QA artifacts are available in English
• Position requires regular travel to Teams in Germany, Italy and US and fluent English (C1+; German is a plus)

Your previous ports of call

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for complex software systems, including 4+ years of vendor and team lead responsibility
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation (framework design, CI/CD integration, automated regression)
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and DevOps / Shift‑Left principles
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for planning, defects, and test management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and service orientation
