We are currently recruiting at our company headquarters in Rostock, Hamburg or fully remote in Germany.

Your chartered goal

• Responsibility for the stable and secure operation of a business-critical application in a global environment
• Ensuring 24/7 availability, managing operational processes and coordinating collaboration between internal teams and external partners
• Implementing and optimizing incident, problem and change management processes according to ITIL standards and in close cooperation with user and software delivery organizations
• Coordination of service providers and internal teams for helpdesk, infrastructure and application support
• Responsibility for compliance and security, including regular audits and disaster recovery tests
• Assuming budget and resource management for operational activities
• Position requires regular travel to Teams in Germany, Italy and US

Your previous ports of call

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• Experience Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project and pipeline management
• Several years of experience as an IT Operations Manager / Applications Manager for Business-critical IT-Applications
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps and Confluence
• Expertise in Cloud and container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes including VM provisioning
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Strong customer and service orientation
