Faststream Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Engineer to join a leading global cruise company. This is a great opportunity to work on modern vessels within an established and reputable fleet.
This is a unique opportunity to transfer into the Cruise industry!

Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief and Staff Engineer with daily engine room operations and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical standards.
• Oversee propulsion and auxiliary systems.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and maintain accurate technical records.

Requirements:

• Second Engineer Officer (Unlimited) CoC.
• Valid STCW certification and Engine Room Watchkeeping endorsement.
• Minimum of 2 contracts as 2nd Engineer on any vessel type. 
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Package:

• Competitive salary from 7000 EUR per month (please note this amount is subject to tax) and a rotation of 4 months on 2 months off.
