Retail Associate / Sales Specialist

As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and achieving sales goals by promoting, merchandising, and selling products across all onboard Gift Shop outlets. The role requires maintaining operational excellence, participating actively in onboard safety drills, promotional activities, and strictly adhering to company policies and procedures, including accurate processing of all sales transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system. The Retail Associate must uphold the highest standards of brand representation, guest interaction, product knowledge, and teamwork within a fast-paced, multicultural shipboard environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
Maximizing sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations
etc.

REQUIEREMENTS:

Minimum 21 years old
Relevant ship experience is preferred
Good level of English language
