We’re looking for an organised and proactive Charter Manager to help plan and deliver charter and themed cruises. You’ll work closely with clients, ship teams, and internal departments to make sure every cruise runs smoothly and delivers a great guest experience.

This role is ideal for someone with project or event management experience who enjoys working with people, managing multiple tasks, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and manage charter and themed cruise projects from planning through delivery
  • Work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all cruise requirements are met
  • Keep project plans, schedules, and administration up to date
  • Attend meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Support onboard operations during charter cruises when required
  • Monitor budgets and approve project spending
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
  • Ensure health & safety and operational standards are followed
  • Review feedback after each charter and help improve future events
  • Support additional projects across the department when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in project management, event management, or charter operations
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Confident working with clients and different teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (project software experience is a bonus)
  • Flexible to travel and occasionally work outside standard office hours
  • Cruise industry experience is helpful but not essential
  • French or German language skills are an advantage, but not required
