We’re Hiring: Receptionist (English & French Speaking)

    Join our onboard hospitality team and become the friendly face that welcomes passengers aboard our ferries. We are looking for a professional, customer-focused Receptionist who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

     As an onboard Receptionist, you will be the main point of contact for passengers, assisting with embarkation, cabin allocation, guest enquiries, onboard information, payments, and administrative duties, while ensuring every passenger receives exceptional service throughout the voyage.

What we’re looking for:

* Fluent English (spoken and written) and French (spoken) – essential.
* Previous experience in reception, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Confidence working in a busy, customer-facing environment.
* Flexibility to work shifts as part of an onboard team.
