Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a leading luxury European river cruise operator to recruit an experienced Hotel Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the onboard hotel operation, overseeing Guest Services, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage while delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing a high-performing international team.

We're looking for:

• Previous Hotel Manager or senior hospitality management experience onboard river or ocean cruise ships.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Commercial awareness and operational management experience.
• Fluent English (additional European languages are an advantage).
• Availability to join ASAP!
