German-speaking Captain

We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Captain to join our growing cruise fleet.
As Master of the vessel, you will have overall responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the ship, its crew, and passengers. You will lead a multicultural team, ensure the highest standards of safety and environmental protection, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining full compliance with international maritime regulations.
The ideal candidate will have proven command experience on passenger vessels, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Master Unlimited CoC
• Previous cruise ship experience as Captain
• Good German language skills (B1) and fluent in English
• Excellent manoeuvring skills and practical manoeuvring experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of international maritime regulations, ISM, ISPS, and safety management systems
• Valid STCW and statutory certifications
• Experience operating passenger vessels in international waters
