We are looking for an experienced Shore Excursion Manage to lead our onboard Shore Excursion department and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all Destination Experiences operations onboard and in port.
* Lead, train, and motivate the Destination Experiences team to achieve service and sales targets.
* Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction by delivering professional and personalized service.
* Coordinate with Head Office, port agents, and onboard management teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Monitor sales performance, manage inventory, and maximize revenue opportunities.
* Oversee destination presentations, guest feedback, and experience quality standards.
* Support and maintain company procedures, policies, and safety standards.

Requirements

* Previous shipboard experience in a similar Destination Experiences / Shore Excursions management role.
* Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong guest-service mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
* Good knowledge of worldwide cruise destinations.
* Ability to work in a dynamic international environment and remain calm under pressure.
