We’re Hiring: Assistant Shore Excursion Manager (English & French Speaking)

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Shore Excursion Manager to join our Destination Experiences team and help create memorable experiences for our guests throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and professional service to guests, creating memorable moments.
* Support Destination Experiences operations onboard, in port, and at the Front Desk.
* Assist guests with information and recommendations regarding destinations and experiences.
* Promote and support the sales of onboard experiences while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
* Escort experiences, evaluate quality, and provide feedback to improve guest experience.
* Maintain strong knowledge of ports of call and the experiences offered.
* Support the Destination Experiences team with daily operational tasks.
* Represent the company’s values and deliver a high standard of service at all times.

Requirements

* Previous hospitality, tourism, or shipboard experience is an advantage.
* Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
* Strong guest-service mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.
* Passion for travel and creating outstanding guest experiences.
