Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Casino Manager to join a leading international cruise operator.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished gaming professional to lead onboard casino operations, drive revenue performance, and deliver an outstanding guest experience within a world-class cruise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the onboard casino, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and operational excellence.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the casino team, including supervisors, dealers, hosts, and support staff.
• Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Drive casino revenue through effective player development, promotions, tournaments, and guest engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-value guests.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance management, and training activities within the casino operation.
• Ensure accurate handling of cash, chips, gaming records, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with onboard leadership to enhance the overall guest experience and support business objectives.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming gaming environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Casino Manager, Assistant Casino Manager, or senior casino leadership professional.
• Strong knowledge of casino operations, table games, player development, and gaming compliance.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue performance.
• Experience working with VIP players and loyalty programmes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
