Position Summary

The Future Cruise Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by selling Future Cruise products and promoting the Brand Loyalty Program. This role focuses on maximizing future cruise bookings and revenue while providing outstanding service that reflects brand standards.

Working from the onboard Future Cruise sales area, the specialist assists guests with future vacation planning, supports the Future Cruise Consultant with daily operations, and contributes to a guest-focused culture that drives loyalty, sales performance, and service excellence while maintaining compliance with HESS protocols and shipboard procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Future Cruise products and promote the Brand Loyalty Program.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and maximize future cruise bookings.
  • Support daily Future Cruise operations and guest enquiries.
  • Meet sales targets while following company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous onboard sales or cruise industry experience.
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Polar Reservation System, Siebel, Back Office, ShipStar, and Ocean Hospitality is an advantage.
  • Guest-focused, proactive, and results-driven.

Additional info

  • Contract length is 6 months onboard and 2 months unpaid vacation.
  • Cabin sharing with one other FCS.

Erforderliche Berufserfahrung

Alle Bewerber müssen bereits Berufserfahrung an Bord eines Kreuzfahrtschiffs haben.

Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse

Gute Englischkenntnisse werden voraussgesetzt.
