AV/IT Officer – 80m Private & Charter Motor Yacht

Salary: €8,000 per month (DOE)
Rotation: Full time-for-time (approximately 2 months on / 2 months off)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced AV/IT Officer to join a prestigious 80m private and charter motor yacht, delivered in 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity for an AV/IT professional looking to transition into the superyacht industry. Previous yachting experience is not essential; candidates with a strong commercial AV/IT background are encouraged to apply.

The Role

The yacht operates a busy programme of both private and third-party charter and has a relatively small crew, so we're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and confident working independently. You'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting all onboard AV and IT systems while delivering a seamless experience for both guests and crew.

Package

€8,000, depending on experience
13th month's salary paid on employment anniversary
Minimum 4% annual salary increase
Full time-for-time rotation (approximately 2 months on / 2 months off)
Flights to and from the vessel

Training programme with course reimbursement after successful service milestones

Requirements

Strong commercial AV/IT experience on cruise ships
Excellent networking, troubleshooting and systems support skills
Fluent English
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
